Our 1% Pledge
At Opus Guard, we believe in the power of giving back and making a meaningful difference in the world. Our values of community, responsibility, and sustainability drive us to contribute to the greater good.
Today, we are proud to pledge 1% of our gross sales to support causes and organizations that our team members are most passionate about. This commitment means that for every $100 in gross sales, $1 will go directly towards causes that our teams believe in.
We recognize that each team member has a cause closest to their heart, reflecting their unique stories and passions. To honor this diversity, we believe that our contributions should be shared equally among all team members, regardless of their position.
Our pledge is simple yet impactful: each quarter, we will allocate a grant from our gross sales. Every team member will have the opportunity to nominate a cause they care about. The grant will then be evenly distributed, allowing each team member to direct and equal share of the quarterly allotment to their chosen cause. In a team of 10, this means each person gets to allocate 10% of the total grant to the cause that matters most to them.
By empowering our team to support a variety of causes, we ensure that our collective efforts make a meaningful and diverse impact. Together, we can champion a wide range of initiatives and make a difference in the world.
